Because modern society has a constant barrage of stressors, stress is one of the biggest negative influencers on the body’s immune system.  Stress usually occurs when a person has difficulty dealing with the demands of everyday life around us.

Most people have heard that the usual responses to stress are “fight or flight”, which were natural responses for our ancestors when faced with dangers.  But in today’s society, we can’t “fight or flee” our way out of most stressful situations.

And because we can’t – the stress just doesn’t get relieved – it just builds and builds, and gets internalized causing distress to our bodies and minds.

And there is another “F” in there – “FREEZE!”  

Many people simply “freeze up” and feel unable to move forward when confronted by stress.  It causes physical and mental fatigue and can severely inhibit the immune system making us more prone to disease.

Constant stress, when not dealt with properly, can easily put your health at risk – both physical and mental!

Stress contributes to, or makes worse the effects of many diseases and chronic health conditions.

It can also contribute to physical discomfort.

The biggest problem with stress in the modern world is – it’s constantly turned on.  We have trouble dealing with it and letting it go.

This Alpha Process Coaching Program will help you more effectively and naturally deal with lowering stress before it builds up to that dangerous level.

• How Self Talk can either cause more, or minimize Stress

• 20 – 30 minute minimal overview
• 1 hour
• 2 hours
• 3 hours
• 4 hours
• 6 hours

Programs will be done in your facility, or location you provide, and longer programs can even be part of a one or two day “Alpha Process RECHARGE” – I don’t do “Retreats”!

Four and Six Hour programs have the option of being spread over two consecutive days.
